  went with my girlfriend to this biggby and I got the iced chai and she got the pumpkin spice latte. My drink was good, but my girlfriends drink had way too much spice in it. I have been to the biggby in schoolcraft and had the pumpkin spice latte, so I know what it tastes like. Since the drink was made wrong, she asked if she was able to get something new and the girl helping us just said "nope." We used a buy one get one coupon and wasted it because the lady making the drink did not make it correctly. She was very rude to us too. We spent our money and did not get the correct drink we ordered. Because of that, we just go to the Biggby in Schoolcraft or the one on westnedge closer to Kalamazoo.

  Was in the store when one of the regular employees, Madi, was assisting a customer to find that drink his wife wanted. She was being very helpful and the owner told her to shut up and learn her place. Can't stand watching this kind of rudeness when it wa so uncalled for!
