  Burgers pricey, lettuce was wilted and chewy, fries tasted like they sat in canola oil all day. I called Manager to suggest putting lettuce on the side to keep fresher however she did not care

  Please do not wast your time or money with this so called resturant. I've given them 2 chances, first time with their special, steak for 16.99. I've gotten better out of the trash. So next time we tried a burger thinking ok it's called Burger Town. Wrong! Took forever to get our burgers, then asked if we needed anything else, ask for ketchup, got an empty bottle. My wife's burger was wrong and mine was cold. Sent them back, got them returned to us in a to go box. Paid bill. Then went to see owner/manager, what a wast of time. Oh I'm sorry you wasn't happy. Yes that was it. I've since talked to coworkers and they also have had same experiences. Bad food, terrible service, atmosphere stinks and management has a lot to learn about customer service. don't mess with my time or money!
