  Used to go to Carraba's on a regular basis.. Calamari was always fried to perfection.. I always asked for mostly tentacles because they were always more tender. The food always tasted fresh and cooked right. It's been a couple years now since we've been there and it will probably be a long time before we go back. We ordered the Calamari with mostly tentacles, they said we don't do that. It came with mostly rings and was overcooked and a little tough. The salads were mostly lettuce and carrots with one olive and a radish slice. The dressing was all but missing. The shrimp and scallop linguini had three salad shrimp and four baby scallops in it and the sauce once again was all but not there. We ordered two desserts to go @ almost $9.00 each... They tasted as if they had been frozen and thawed for that day. (freezer burnt). Not a great dining experience.

  The price is not bad at all for what you get. The food is always good, never been disappointed. A really nice place to relax and eat Italian food!

  For a chain restaurant, the flavors of Italy are well represented. The interior design is on point with the quality of food. The Chicken Bryan is excellent.

  My wife and I walked in without reservations on a Friday night. The hostess was on a quick call saying "... Average wait time is 20 minutes". We didn't wait however. After about five minutes we were seated. There was an issue with a steak, but it was fixed promptly and tasted succulent. The salmon is also on point.
