  Great service, friendly staff. Was recommended some different accessories and teas while I browsed. Had a tea made, used the managers recommendation of various flavors and was thrilled with the result. I go in every time I go to the mall.

  The worst customer service experience I've had with any company - period.
  After having had a gift card stolen in the mall food court just 20 minutes after purchasing it, was unable to get anywhere with either the local store or the corporate office (they said they had no ability to cancel the gift card after it had been purchased). So, I chalked it up to bad luck. I went to the Teavana website and bought another $50 gift card the same day to replace the stolen one. I needed the gift card in one week (for a Valentines gift), and when no order confirmation ever arrived (and no shipping confirmation) I eventually called to follow up with them again. Got the same individual I had spoken to previously who had been unwilling to help in any way regarding the stolen gift card. When I asked for some indication that I would receive the 2nd gift card by 7 days after purchasing (plenty of time to deliver a gift card ordered online), again they completely refused to offer any assistance. I said, "Can you at least confirm when the gift card will ship?". "No, we have problems with our computers, the power has been off and on...". So 4 days later I email (knowing that their toll free number has proven useless for any possible issue), and nobody is home at Teavana. No response whatsoever. I've now spent $100 on gift cards and have no gift cards. Will complain to the BBB.

  Not only is the tea amazing. They really train their employees and they are always willing to help you find what will fit your tea needs best. They are always willing to answer my questions to the best of there ability. I've been there a couple times when something had gone wrong in the system and I had to wait to purchase and they were very sweet about the whole thing and made sure I was taken care of and happy while I waited including leaving my stuff here and them calling me whenever the system was back up so I didn't have to sit there and wait and a free cup of tea for my patience. Another time I was in there buy some holiday teas and a couple other items of mine that broke. I wanted to get a tea to go and complete forgot to add it to the order until it was all completed and I asked for one and the girl so generously gave me he cup for free. It was so sweet. I seriously love coming here even if I am just looking around. The service is so nice and refreshing!
  
  I know a lot of people are complaining about the customer service, but they have gotten a lot of new staff including some new managers that I feel are really working on the customer service. When it first opened I noticed they were slightly pushy, but I never questioned it because I knew they were just doing their job. They might have a requirement for sales that they have to make or something. I never found a problem with them being pushy. They always seemed to know when they were pushing a little too hard and I wasn't interested. My advice if you don't want to get pushed at all is go in and say what you want and that is it. It's straight forward.
