  so I am all for organically grown and produced coffee and other hippie stuff. I like Water Street coffee and not only buy it and brag about it ... but also promote it. I like what Water Street is trying to do. That being said, at $4.50+ for a medium cafe-au-lait, ... which is in my opinion, borderline robbery, you Water Street Coffee has the balls to add a 'TIP' menu when you pay for a drink. I think I am already tipping 30-40% when I buy their products. Having the 'TIP' screen is a marketing 'feel guilty' strategy which I don't appreciate. Take it out!!!

  Very neat and modern coffee shop. While I didn't particularly like my coffee choice (because I don't like black coffee) it was a pleasant experience. They have WiFi too in case you need to stay and work a while.
